SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING for all USA orders ! All orders are promptly shipped, by the following business day. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. We ship USPS Priority Mail with an expected 2-3 business day delivery to you and includes all 50 states including Puerto Rico.
A confirmation number of shipment will be e-mailed to you. For USPS packages, we highly recommend that if after several days your item has not arrived, that you utilize that tracking information check delivery receipt.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept the following forms of online payment through our secure and encrypted merchant account:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. All transactions are processed online through a secure account server to protect your private information. More specifically, this website is secured with a Godaddy.com Web Server Certificate, protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We hope that you are very happy with your new purchase and will gladly assist you if you request a refund or exchange. The following is our policy and instructions for returns, exchanges, and flawed merchandise.
RETURNS:
Items That May Be Returned:
Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date provided that they have all original tags, original packaging, supplementary items (including instructions, DVDs, etc.), not worn or washed, and are in new condition as sold. There are a few exclusions as specified below. Your return must also include all the original packaging tags in order to receive a refund. Please note, new refers to both the product and its packaging. We regret that items not in new condition will be shipped back to you without reimbursement.

Instructions for Requesting a Return:
- If you would like to return a product, you must contact us at info@majesticmamas.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Complete the Return & Exchange Form which would have been included with your purchase. We must receive this completed form in order to process your return. However you may also download the Return & Exchange form here.
- Include a copy of your invoice. Original shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you insure any return shipments since we cannot be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
- In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
- All refunds will be credited back to your account in the manner in which they were paid. Actual shipping costs will be deducted even if free shipping was offered on the item you purchase.
- Majestic Mamas reserves the right to evaluate all returns/exchanges before issuing a credit.

- If you are exchanging your purchase for a different style or brand and there is a price difference we will charge/credit you for that difference.

All charges for shipping the new item out shall be the responsibility of the customer. However, we allow one free shipping exchange for all of our bras so your new exchange will be shipped back to you for FREE!
- In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

- Please allow up to 4 weeks for some exchanges, depending upon availability.

FLAWED MERCHANDISE:
Please do not automatically send flawed products back to Majestic Mamas as this may result in a refusal of shipment. Manufacturers have different methods of handling flawed products. Please contact us at info@majesticmamas.com and we will provide you the details on what procedures are required.
